Changes the Apogee Cyberware just a little.

Taken with a little inspiration from the Warp Dancer mod, I modified the duration and cooldown as well as the damage. Provides a nice buff without being too overpowering.
Not compatible with other mods that alter the Apogee Cyberware directly.
From my testing, this IS compatible with the BOS Berserk Overclock Sandevistan mod. BOS does not alter any displayed stats unlike this mod.
You can modify the values yourself by editing the .lua with a text editor like Notepad++ There is a text file inside with details.
Place the mod into your steamapps/common/Cyberpunk 2077 location.
