Increased compatibility with my other mod Military Katana Blackwall. Maybe increased the blackwall death FX spawn chance. SoundFX is still only on certain Boss enemies always present,like MaxTac.

Now its lootable from Cynosure facility in the Canto loot container. Added crafting recipe Crafting requires decoded behavioral system component. Properly showing the description on the blade. Added 2 mod slots. Vendor is now the Black market seller ,has the crafting spec for Blade from the bits,Militech Canto and Erebus,you can buy them only once.Added all legendary Melee mods to the seller Also sells the decoded behavioral system component,it's added to the sellers inventory every 12 hours.
In one Gig i saw unassembled parts(bits) of a Katana sitting on a table.The models were really cool looking,sadly they were only props. So i decided to assemble them in a nice looking Katana.And implement the Blackwall FX in the blade.
This mod adds a new weapon ingame,you can buy the crafting recipe from the Blackmarket vendor in the stadium in Dogtown,or you can spawn it using CET with this command-
Game.AddToInventory("Items.bladefromthebits") or the Recipe - Game.AddToInventory("Items.BladeFromTheBitsRecipe")
If you have a save file with the blade from 1.3 or older , you need to spawn/craft a new blade to get the updated description.

Now the Black Market seller has the crafting recipes for Blade from the bits ,Canto and Erebus,also he sells the decoded behavioral system component which gets readded to the sellers inventory every 24 ingame hours.
Also added additional file, that swaps the Scalpel with this model,but with blue glow and electric sparks.It's standalone,for Scalpel you only need to download the corresponding file.
And added a thermal edge version with all blackwall FX.
