   Mod is working just fine as in patch 2.02.
   
   You need to fully upgraded it to LegendaryPlusPlus (Tier 5++).

      Game version 2.0 Once I upgraded it to Tier5++ all the new bonuses were unlocked.

   if i target through wall a enemy the quickhacks pop up to then instantly go away again like its losing the enemy targeting and then regain target through the wall

      that often happens to me with the unmodded oracle eyes so I don't think that's a fault of this guys mod

    We all (inluding the majority of devs) must take into consideration that in order to heve anything 5++ it's mandatory to buy the PL DLC, otherwise, any 5++ realted mod won't work at all!

       This optic is only available to people who already have PL. Cockatrice is an iconic kiroshi optic which means it's only available at Dogtown rippers
