In my opinion, patch 2.0 is fantastic, but there are some aspects that make the game too easy for my tastes even in very difficult mode, almost like cheats, such as health regeneration and the possibility of healing too quickly.
This mod actually slows down health regeneration out of combat and the refill time of inhalers for more hardcore gameplay.
I didn't change the health regeneration in combat because playing as a netrunner I never got the perk and I have no idea about its balance :)
