This is a simple config edit to disable the ugly blueish distance fog that is rendered 20 meters in front of you and moves with the camera which is very noticeable in tunnels etc and makes no sense, this keeps the proper volumetric distance fog as that is a different config line. I think this is a leftover thing from the old consoles for the sake of performance as volumetric fog would be too heavy for them but now it just ends up not looking good and hiding all that graphical goodness
Open rendering.ini in Cyberpunk 2077\engine\config\platform\pc and add the following :
[Developer/FeatureToggles] DistantFog = False
Save the config file and you're good to go. Otherwise download the file and drop it to overwrite the one you have.
