if you see this, people have pointed out how its because of the Cyberware option 1 you pick while making the character. Pick any other face cyberware and it should fix this.
If your using Cyberware #1, you can try using "VESSNELLE's cyberware replacer if ure using facial cyberware1". It can be found at the bottom of the files page as an optional file on this mod page. WINGDEER HAIR COLLECTION.
I don't know if anyone else is having this glitch but since the update if you have the hair with option one of the Cyberware for the face the hair glitches and it pulls to the bottom of the screen

I like that Sideswept look to but there's other ones I'd never use.
