   Seems putting this into the 'mod' folder rather than 'patch' worked for me. Latest update, like 1.5 or somin.

   i did put the file basegame_Mod_Billie_Eilish_Hair02.archive
   to C:\Program Files\cyberpunk\steamapps\common\Cyberpunk 2077\archive\pc\patch
   and i do use hair color number 2....
   but it doesnt work. my hair is red with green shade as it was before =\
   what am i missing?

   Listen, it's ALWAYS nice to add something to the modding scene. This hair color is a nice touch, I like it! Don't understand the "why's", just enjoy or don't download lol

   I like it,
   So easy to change and experiment with the various hair colors on offer  - so glad to see new ones being added, helps keep the game fresh by changing V's hairstyle and color for each game session
