Update 2.0 introduced a bug where the toggle crouch key mapping doesn't work, this is a simple fix.
To install, find the game's installation folder and copy this file to the r6/config folder; when prompted to replace the existing file, make sure to do so.
If this still doesn't work, I found a workaround:
1. Plug in a controller.
2. Load your save file and push a few buttons on your controller. At this point, on a PS controller the button prompts should change from the mistaken Xbox to PS button scheme.
3. Push keys on your keyboard and the game should now show keyboard buttons, and crouch will be working again.
4. (Optional) Unplug your controller until you need it again.
Note: If this breaks after dying and loading your save, repeat the above process.
