Loud Combat Boots with turquoise laces , they replace the red used combat boots sold in any stores around NC

This is a highly requested mod so I decided to post here, enjoy :)
They replace the red combat boots you can add with this command below:
Game.AddToInventory("Items.Boots_04_old_01", 1)
INSTALL:
Extract the file and put it inside the MOD folder, if you don't see one then create it.
