For game version 1.61 and 2.12, might work for other versions as well.
Just had an issue where I had to remove the inputContexts file and validate the Game data via Steam because a mod broke it. Not sure if validating the files is going to replace any mods I have installed manually, but in order to avoid this in the future and for those who might have the same worries, here is the file freshly re-downloaded by Steam.
Go to your Game directory (in my case C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Cyberpunk 2077\r6\config) and replace the inputContexts.xml file.
In my case the Mod Instant Disassembling and Crafting caused this issue and while my game is validating I'm just going to create this lil mod here so you wont have to wait as well and can just straight up replace the file yourself.
