adds police cars to your vehicle summon menu
can only be obtained via console commands

how to get the cars:paste these into the console
POLICE CHEVALIER EMPEROR: Game.GetVehicleSystem():EnablePlayerVehicle('Vehicle.v_standard3_chevalier_emperor_police', true, false) 
POLICE ARCHER HELLA: Game.GetVehicleSystem():EnablePlayerVehicle('Vehicle.v_standard2_archer_hella_police', true, false)
POLICE VILLEFORT CORTES: Game.GetVehicleSystem():EnablePlayerVehicle('Vehicle.v_standard2_villefort_cortes_police', true, false)

KNOWN ISSUES: 
-no radio, only police dispatches
this is a vanilla setting that applies to all police cars. haven't found a way to disable it yet.
