My lev 50/50 build in version 2.0 all reset with all points from base game available except 2 perks from you will get from skill progression. its was a legit vanilla build but its placed in act1 with quest reset, it has everything you need to get started once you set up, he starts outside vic the ripper docs place. has some decent weapons and more in his stash as well as a large sum of cash and all the lev 5 quick hacks if you use them
includes a nice military outfit for looks. only the opening prologue and the visit cyber doctor quest have been done. Enjoy!
