Not a ReShade or lighting mod, same logic as E3 2018 LUT mod, should work with weather and exposure mods. 
Found it in game LUTs folder, when searched for nice LUT to combine with V3 mod

Update 1.1: 
I made an optional file with OVE3RDRIVE LUT inside that increases Chromatic Aberration effect, partially eyeballing it, main distortion value was found in ripperdoc.env, now its really close to combination with V3 i mentioned earlier.
So, this version of mod actually tweaks main cp2077_master_env_nge_v002 file and i dont know if it will work with weather mods or exposure fix.
Delete it if something will seem off to you to revert changes.

Hello! Don’t want to mislead you and want to clarify that some of the screenshots are made using this LUT together with V3 mod, so if you see an absurd amount of chromatic aberration and a much better picture, beware that you see the combo, due to some patch 1.61 changes it seems like most if not all lighting mods(not ReShades) are broken and we will have to wait patiently for modders to update their mods, I had to revert to patch 1.6 because I can’t stand vanilla settings, it is unbearable.

This mod is REDmod version, but i think you can just take the .archive file and place it to your archive/pc/mod/ folder.
To uninstall delete the file.
