Restores the old look for eye makeup 3.

Permissions and credits
Eye makeup 3 got replaced in a recent update to Cyberpunk 2077, unsure which one but I know for sure 1.6 has a different one with the old one nowhere to be found so I've the grabbed the older version from 1.31

For Native: Cyberpunk 2077\archive\pc\mod\Eye Makeup 3 Restoration.archive

For REDmod: Cyberpunk 2077\mods\Eye Makeup 3 Restoration\archives\Eye Makeup 3 Restoration.archive

Both versions are identical except for folder structure.
