This ini file does exactly the same as the ini of the romelsalwi's General Optimization mod, however it does not change the settings changed by the ini files of the Skater6453's High Medium And Low Custom Crowd Density Optimization mod.
PS: If you're having issues with game crashing, remove Skater6453's mod and install just this one, as settings that increase streaming values make the game heavier.
Instalation:
- Just use Vortex and everything will be fine.
- For manual installation just extract the downloaded zip file to the Cyberpunk 2077 root folder.
PS: If your game is installed on a HD, enable "SLOW HARD DISK MODE". If your game is installed on an SSD this may not be necessary, but feel free to test and see how it works for you.
- How to enable Slow HDD Mode?
- Launch Cyberpunk 2077 on PC.
- Open Settings and click on the Gameplay tab.
- Under Performance, change Slow HDD Mode to "On".
What this ini changes:
- Appropriate thread allocation.
- Autosaves are now 10 minutes in length.
- Disabled film grain, experimental fog, enables aliasing for hair (requires ASyncCompute to be enabled), added specular randomness to hair.
If you are using CET (Cyber Engine Tweaks) make sure you set "disable_async_compute": false in config.json. - Increased detail on volume fog.
What this ini does NOT change:
