Added an option for EXOs' shield battery
In vanilla game Mech's arm cannons are broken fairly easily. Once their arms are all destroyed they become a boring walking junk that possess no threat to far targets. This mod makes their cannons harder to break which makes fighting these unique enemies more of a menace.
Now added an option for EXOs' shield battery
ENC provides a slider for the value, but I made this in case you don't use ENC or want separate customization for Mech and EXO.
