Makes disassembling, crafting, item usage, and perk and attribute point assignments instantaneous.

You can install this mod or change the values yourself. I figured this out from the original Instant disassemble and craft mod and wanted to revive it and expand it.
If you think of anything else that could/should be made faster or slower just leave a comment and I'll look into it.
