About this mod

Dedicated doge, slow walk, slow drive mod which I have made to change the gameplay of the game.
(Walk/drive=L) (Dodge dedicated=Y)

Use mouse or keyboard software to bind how you like to suit your playstyle.

New update has changed how vehicles drive, please give feed back on this.

Permissions and credits
This mod lets you slow walk, slow drive via a key-bind set to L which you can change to suit your playstyle via keybinds, for example I have this set to middle mouse.
Dodge is now one dedicated key, which is the default crouch/toggle crouch.
This mod is designed for simple install and rebind for use with no changing of information within the input.xml file

(Dodge dedicated is set to Y)
(Update with modified base drive settings now available for download)

Installation
- Extract the contents of the .zip in
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Cyberpunk 2077\r6\config
- For other platforms, the path should differ, however the "\Cyberpunk 2077\r6\config" path should stay the same. Just extract the file there.

I suggest backing up the file before replacing it as this will change the way the gameplay is within the game.

(Editing walking/driving speed)

If L does not suit or if you want to edit the speed for walking/driving, open up the file and look for :

    <mapping name="LeftY_Axis" type="Axis" >
        <button id="IK_Pad_LeftAxisY" />
        <button id="IK_W" val="1.0" overridableUI="forward"/>
        <button id="IK_S" val="-1.0" overridableUI="back"/>
        <button id="IK_L" val="0.4" overridableUI="forward"/>
  </mapping>

The Bold line is the one than can be edited, IK_L is the key and 0.4 is the speed, 1 being normal running speed.

Additionally you can change the slow speed of driving:

<button id="IK_Alt" val="0.4" overridableUI="vehicleAccelerate"/>
(Under Acceleration_Axis)

Few quality of life changes for a different type of gameplay.

(Dodge is preset while also being hardbound with crouch, I have played around, I feel this does not break the mechanics if using crouch as a toggle when standing still), for me dodge is mouse 5 while melee is mouse 4.

(however if you do not want dodge interfering with hard bound crouch an updated file with a dedicated key (Y) is present to avoid this)

The L button (rebinded of your choosing if applicable) for walking/driving needs to be held, you do not need to push w at the same time.
