Hair and makeup does not come with the preset, you have to download the files from Lucy's Outfit mod page. Then spawn in the hair using the CET console command and equip it in your headgear slot

Hello there~ What eye color did you use? I installed both ( Unique Eyes - Core (ONLY use "Default_V2.5.archive") & Kala's Eyes "Standalone" ) but I can't seem to find the same eye color like in your images?
i use eye color 35 (counting from top to bottom, left to right) 5, 23 & 26 are also good options if you ask me, pick what you feel seems most accurate / cool
same issue here, the closest ive gotten to the pic is with this mod: https://www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk2077/mods/3281?tab=description eye color 35 is red in the mod you linked. the other eye colors dont even come close to looking as good as the one in the pic. idk im confused.
"The folder structure may be off for any mod organizer as I do not use them, just manually place the archive files in your archive/pc/mod folder", otherwise I don't really know what could be the issue since I'm not the creator of the eye mods, but it does work normally. Best guess would be incompatibility with some other mod
How do you get the eye makeup to look like that, it only has black little things under her eyes? I like, don't even have the same option as you and I so want it.
I can't really tell what's wrong without a picture
but as Nocks29 already pointed out, make sure you install the "Makeup" file from the Outfit mod as well. It replaces eye makeups 1 - 7 in the CC, without it this look is not achievable ingame
So I double checked to make sure and the preset definitely functions properly. I notice from the picture that the eyeliner depicted does not resemble the Lucy Outfit mod, might also be compatibility issues here with other makeup mods installed.
You can try switching skin tone and skin type back and forth manually via mirror / ripper which might fix the potential visual glitch.
Butter my V / preset skin tone is 2, skin type is 5
