Uninstall this mod if you are using Equipment-EX which has much better slots functionality (just delete r6\scripts\ExtraWardrobeSlots folder and verify the game files if needed)
Is there any chance to make a new version with more slots? I know E-EX exists but the problem is it doesn't natively support many of the clothing items except for newer things since it's so popular. Many older items haven't been updated yet. If not no big deal just asking, or if it's possible to just increase the slot count what would it take to edit the files myself...any pointers?
Hey first of all, great job on this mod! Following the 1.61 DLSS3 update, I had to reinstall the game and mods, but doing so I lost all the outfits I had created with the mod. Fortunately, I made a copy of my old folder but I am unable to launch it due to the game and mod update conflicting. So I would like to know in which game file the outfits are saved so that I can copy and paste them from my old game version to the new one. Thank you very much for your help!
This is honestly a must-have mod for me whenever I do other playthroughs. I only wish there were even more wardrobe slots that can be added, especially since I love creating outfits!
Out of curiosity, is the reason there isn't an option to undo hiding a piece of clothing because it's impossible to do so? Just wondering because I can't be the only person to have accidently hidden a piece of clothing and looked for an option to undo it but was confused when they couldn't find one.
I thought only the requirement (redscript) would affect this mod. I have updated redscript for game version 1.61. But in game, with this mod, the wardrobe only has 6 slots. (This mod worked perfectly in patch 1.6.)
It's no longer working for me either. All other mods I use are up to date and working as far as I can tell. I've even tried reinstalling it without luck.
Ran into a issue I suspect might be caused by this mod where despite having been able to change my appearance before I can longer do so as the appearance interface will lock up after pressing accept (I can still move the mouse around the interface but the buttons won't do anything and I can only exit via Alt F4) and I am guessing it might be this mod since I can't use a save editor to acess saves with this loaded. Unless this is a known issue with another mod please let me know because this is my only guess for the time being
Follow up yeah this mod does seem to be the culprit, seems if you use the maximum amount of slots you won't be able to change your appearance unless you uninstall the mod then reinstall after changing said appearance
I filled 14 slots and tried both mirror and ripper - have no problems at all What other mods do you have which might affect character creator or wardrobe somehow?
This happens specificly when you equip a wardrope slot but the clothes havent loaded in first person altho you can see them in the mirror ,then you try change appearance and boom crash ,i can replicate it ,now i have this problem i need to reload my save in order for the wardrope clothes to load in first person , i unistalled the mod but thw problem still exist , it wasnt happening before so i guess this mod broke something i cleared cache many times the problem its still there maybe messed with the save file . Idk
I ran into the same lockup too, but I don't think it's this mod causing the problem and it certainly didn't break your game. I found that the game will lock up like that if you have any clothing equipped when you change your appearance. Unequipping all of your clothing in the inventory menu should allow you to change your appearance again, just remember to equip your stuff again afterwards. Hope it works!
This is a known issue with Immersive First Person and JB - TPP MOD WIP third person or any other camera mod. The only workaround right now is to unequip everything your are wearing before changing your appearance. Just don't forget to equip everything back. Hope this helps!
Only tangentially related to this mod, but is it just me, or can I only very REPLACE clothing in wardrobe, never take anything OFF?
Like, once I've add sunglasses or a hat, I can't go back to bare face and hair ... ?
Again, I'm not accusing this mod of anything - I just downloaded it! - but my main reason to DL this mod is to get new, unused slots ... it's super frustrating.
First thing I want to thank you for this great QoL mod! It seems like whenever I equip a clothing item in the armor slots that overtakes clothing items when used on outfits - such as closed jackets, overalls and etc - they also do it for the outfit that I'm wearing over the armor. To make an example, I have an outfit with the corpo clothes, when I equip an overall in my armor slot it takes off the inner torso, outer torso and pants. I'd appreciate any help I can get to fix this issue.
Edit: It's worthy to mention I'm also using CET remove underwear mod as well.
That's Vanilla behavior for the game. The full outfit slot now removes all other body slots. There was a mod for this but many have reported it not working.
