Hey choom!
This is the result of hard work, it all started as something I was doing for myself,
but it eventually turned into a kind of painful hobby, I might say?
As the name implies, you can find any kind of cheats, hacks, items, separated with category tabs at the bottom,
each item is marked by type, with notes and info, and colored by Tier.

TIER 1 - TIER 2 - TIER 3 - TIER 4 - TIER 5

Note that most of the white-colored items will be generated with a RANDOM TIER,
to upgrade these you can use the scripts in the UPGRADE TAB included in the file.

CATEGORY TABS:
  • MISC  →  all generic items, like ammo, materials, edibles, shards, etc...
  • CHEATS  →  cheats ッ
  • PROGRESS  →  management of player levels, skills, perks, stats boost, etc..
  • UPGRADE  →  items upgrade scripts, such as tier conversion, upgrading weapon stats, removing dummy slots, etc.
  • TELEPORT  →  direct teleport commands + custom teleport scripts
  • CRAFTING  →  all recipes + some recipes management scripts
  • WEAPONS  →  all weapons
  • CYBERWARE  →  all cyberware / qucikhacks
  • MODS  →  mods, scopes, silencers + some parts management scripts
  • CLOTHES  →  all clothing items + some custom scripts
↑↑ including: Styles, Factions & Stats from StreetStyle mod ( Thanks to Battousai124 )
↑↑ including: ALL clothes from spawn0's MODS!
  • VEHICLES  →  all commands to unlock/remove vehicles + custom scripts

THE INCLUSIONS IN THE CLOTHES TAB ARE NOT THE MODS THEMSELVES.
THEY ARE USEFUL REFERENCES FOR THOSE WHO USE THOSE MODS,
SO YOU HAVE TO INSTALL THEM SEPARATELY.
( yeah, I have to point that out )

INSTRUCTIONS:
YOU SHOULD BACKUP YOUR SAVE  ( i know you won't )
C:\Users\*username*\Saved Games\CD Projekt Red\Cyberpunk 2077\

First install or update CET > https://www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk2077/mods/107
Detailed guide here > https://wiki.redmodding.org/cyber-engine-tweaks/getting-started/installing
Start the game at least once after installing CET to see if it works properly or gives errors, once you have the console up and running you can use the list.

It's a spreadsheet in .xlsx format, which can be opened with:

USAGE:
Once you have a program, open the .xlsx file, choose a command by clicking on the command cell, copy [CTRL+C] and paste [CTRL+V] a command into the console.
To navigate through the sheets use the CATEGORY TABS at the bottom.

To find entries better and faster, use the FILTERS with the arrows at the top of the columns to SEARCH - INCLUDE - EXCLUDE values.

F.A.Q.

HOW DO I USE FILTERS IN THE SHEET
Among thousands of entries, filters are a game changer, if you learn how to use filters you will find everything and quickly.
I found a handy video from Microsoft that explains it in a calm, relaxing voice...

ITEMS ARE MISSING FROM THE LIST
If by missing you mean a specific Tier of an item, get the item first and then upgrade it with thescripts in the UPGRADE TAB (weapons, mods, clothes...), not all items have all the corresponding Tier IDs.
That said, there may be items I missed or new item IDs introduced with game updates, if you find any missing items feel free to post them here, they will be merged in future versions.

I SCREWED UP SOMETHING / A QUEST, HOW CAN I GO BACK?
Most likely you can't.
The first thing to do is to reload a previous save of course, or try the "END CURRENT QUEST" script in the CHEATS tab.
If this doesn't work or doesn't suit your problem, you can TRY with FACTS.
There is a FACTS DUMP link to pastebin.com in the CHEATS tab, but of course it is a dump, meaning it has more than 10.000 results, so you have to find and choose what you need, and no, there is no support for all these facts, so just back up your save first and then try to choose the right one/ones.
HOW TO:
1 ) Open CET console
2 ) Enter: print(Game.GetQuestsSystem():GetFactStr("FACT_HERE"))
Replace FACT_HERE with the fact you want to check to see the current status ( 0 or 1 )
usually: 1 = ON, 0 = OFF

3 ) Enter: Game.GetQuestsSystem():SetFactStr("FACT_HERE", 1)
4 ) Save and reload.

THE CONSOLE GIVES AN ERROR ENTERING A COMMAND / SCRIPT
BEFORE YOU POST, make 100% SURE the game is up to date, CET is up to date and working properly.
If you still get errors after entering a command, post the CET log here, the console should be helpful figuring out the problem.

IS IT COMPATIBLE WITH "PUT-A-MOD-NAME-HERE"?
Yes. The only thing you should worry about is the console, if CET works fine, you are fine.
I've never heard of a command/script conflicting with a mod.

CAN I ADD NPC CLOTHES TO MY INVENTORY?
NOPE. Every piece of clothing you see on NPCs is intended to be used by NPCs, so you need a replacement mod like this one.

WHY THE HELL DON'T YOU HOST THE FILE ON GOOGLE DRIVE
Because I hate google
