Buffs the Hover Jump leg cyberware, giving the player the ability to quickly glide when used.

How It Works
In the base game, the Hover Jump (Epic Fortified Ankles) cyberware allows you to jump higher, and hold right click to hover in the air. However, it's kind of slow to jump with, and the hovering isn't all that useful.
This mod will increase the utility of that hover effect, granting the ability to move rapidly mid-air as it is active.
It will also increase the speed that you jump up and down with Hover Jump.
Lastly, it removes the initial zoom-in when right clicking without a weapon, to prevent that zoom-in from happening any time you want to use the cyberware.
And a note about a Hover Jump mechanic that's always been there. You can click space while hovering to stop and fall back down.
