Female V, Corpo, All main quest, side jobs , and gigs completed. All purchasable/obtainable vehicles gained. Romanced Judy & Rivers. NCPD missions mostly not done.
Around Judy's apartment there are placed 40 permanent vehicles, and at Afterlife parking space another three.
What is a pemanent vehicle? As we know we simply can't keep stolen cars/bikes...they will despawn. But there are some vehicles that won't despawn, they 're "permanent". A pemanent vehicle can be displayed as a kind of decoration around your home or at any place, it won't disappear. They can be driven as any otherr vehicles.
But the downside, of course they can't be "called". If you somehow forgot where you parked/left it, it can be real hard to find the vehicle again. And of course if it was scratched/damaged in any way the damage will be permanent too. It won't be repaired. Worse, if it was destroyed it will be gone forever.
The savegame was made in version 1.5 , can't guarantee it will work in a prevous/later game versions
