This is a really basic, low-effort mod I made a couple of months ago and have been using for myself, but now I was bored enough to polish it up to share with others.
While a lot of mods nowadays use Virtual Atelier or other more "immersive" methods of adding things, there still pops up a new clothing item here and there that still uses Game.AddToInventory commands, so this is useful for that.
Basically, instead of writing/copy/pasting console commands to add items to your inventory you put the item codes in txt files and then you can add them from the CET Overlay. Ideally mod authors would supply a txt file you can just drop in the mod folder and it'll show up. Look at the stickied post to see the format of these txt files (it's very simple, you can do them in notepad.exe).
Use it if you want, or not. I find it more convenient atleast :) Especially when starting a new character, so you don't have to go look up the mod pages/readme files again to find the item codes. Also see here a great idea a user had about making a shortcut on your desktop to a txt file that you just add new items to!
