Important Notes and Installation Instructions
To install, drag and drop the bin folder into your Cyberpunk 2077 directory.
To uninstall, remove Scissors Difficulty Options from Cyberpunk 2077/bin/x64/plugins/cyber_engine_tweaks/mods
For most options, you will need to close and reopen the game if you wish to disable them. Meaning, you enabled Cyber Enemies, played with it a bit, but want it disabled. You'll have to disable it in the menu, then close the game and reopen it.
Options List
No Shooting Delay - Disables the hardcoded shooting patterns of enemies, allowing them to shoot their guns as fast as possible
Aggro On Silenced Gunshot - Enemies hearing a silenced gunshot now aggro the player, instead of just getting curious
Powerful Minibosses - Minibosses, the main enemy at Organized Crime Activities, are now real bosses
Cyber Enemies - Adds much more special enemies to the game (netrunner, mantis, hammer, etc.), increases the difficulty of these enemies, and gives all enemies the ability to heal. Increasing amount of higher tier enemies as you progress through the higher level districts.
Disable Enemies On Minimap - Disables enemy dots on minimap
Implement Break Hold - Implements the cut ability still visible on enemies that allowed them to break free of V's grapple
Immersive Movement - Gives some weight to V's movement
Harder Final Boss Fight - Disables hidden modifiers that made additional enemies in the final boss fight much easier
Immersive Damage Effects - V gets staggered upon getting hit, similar to how enemies do
Disable Recoil Recovery - Disables the automatic recovery from recoil.
