Ini configuration aiming to make cars oversteer and fun to handbrake turn. Highly recommend pairing it with Car Modification Shop.

Permissions and credits
This is an ini configuration file aiming to make cars more fun. Makes the cars tend to over-steer and makes it easy to enter into drift with hand brake.
Highly recommend pairing it with Car Modification Shop.

Now there is a more realistic config that can feel better with some cars

Made a new revision, now with more weight transfer allowing to engage drift without handbrake easier (lift off oversteer) . Also made it  easier to oversteer on power  at corner exit. It isnow much more enjoyable than last config with majority of cars especially if not tuned.

Some cars that were prone to oversteer are even more prone now, so be careful. However drifting in any car has been improved substantially. Also includes a little modification to the lean angle of motorbikes to make them match what Superbike pilots can achieve.

Its worth a try if you think cars and handling are quite boring in this game. Intentions were to give Cyberpunk an old NFSU2 vibe to driving.

Made especially for patch 1.5.

In case you adjust and fiddle with the options:

ForceMoveToMaxAngularSpeed = 105.0000 -------------------> Seems to govern how much energy you can put on front wheels before they they start to lose grip
ForceMoveToMaxLinearSpeed = 41.00000 ---------------------> Seems to govern how much resistance wheels have to lose grip lateraly.
MaxForceMoveToTeleportThreshold = 37.000000 ----------> Seems to govern how much energy before the wheels stop drifting and start propulsing forward (in an unrealistic manner but nice for drifting). If this number is lower than  ForceMoveToMaxLinearSpeed  induces power oversteer.
VelocitySmoothingTime = 0.150000 ------------------------------->  Governs something to do with sudden changes in speed,has effect on  hand brake turns. Make it bigger i.e 0.5 seems to lower the  speed of handbrake turns.
WeightTransferMode = 2.2 ----------------------------------------------> Governs the amount of weight  transfer that the car can load default is 1. That makes the car able to enter drift without handbrake easier. Must be related to ForceMoveToMaxLinearSpeed and ForceMoveToMaxAngularSpeed.  If you augment any of those weight transfer will lose significance at low speed.
PhysXMinTimeStep = 0.0055555-------------------------------------> Governs the time tics that activate physics calculation. The faster the more responsive to changes the car is but more calculations are made by the  computer. Default is 0.011111 doesn't seem to be noticiable difference in game past the time i put. Not much danger to play with  it
Rest of the options are kept to activate all physics the engine  has to offer.
