Adds some glow to the Mai

This adds some glowy parts to the Mai vehicle.  It also adds a figurine of Overwatch character soldier 76 to your dashboard.

Just spawn the Mai and cycle through appearances to get the look you want.

How to install
drop the .archive files into your mod folder if you don't have one create one
