Game 2.1 and Cyber Engine Tweaks 1.29.0 compatibility headsup: due to numerous issues CET 1.29.0 is deemed unsupported. Please update to the CET 1.29.1 at least.

The redscript edition is currently the main Vortex download file as along as the CET is not updated to the game v2.0.
- adds game v1.5 apartment deal notifications block. Compatible with the game 1.5 and 1.31. For the new game version please update the CET to 1.19.0 at least.
The new game v1.5 has been released. The CET needs to be updated to allow CET mods to work with the new version. Only then the CET mods can be tested and verified against the new game. Usually it takes about a week.
However as the new game introduces many internal changes (hopefully better) the mod testing may take longer than usual. Most of my CET mods are crafted to patch game v1.31 bugs so it's quite possible the new game version would render them obsolete. Which would be actually good news for you and for me :)
UPDATE: it looks this mod is still needed in the new game v1.5 to limit fixers spam.
This is a typical vehicle deal/quest notifications pattern:
A new deal:
1) a new deal message comes from a fixer and stays on the screen for several seconds waiting for you to press Z action key (Eng keyboard), 2) then a new quest notification pops up and again it stays for several seconds waiting for the Z button press to switch to the quest. About 20 sec of distraction with a quest switch trap.
But it could be longer and more treacherous as they may be mixed/interleaved with other incoming messages at the moment. So you may accidentally take the vehicle quest while you just wanted to follow some other quest key message. And to make it even more problematic: most of the deals messages come when you start the Act II when you get a lot of new main and side quest notifications you want to follow. So it's it's not only intrusive but also disruptive.
On the vehicle buy side it's better as it's you to decide whether/when to take it. And there is no quest switch trap anymore. But then you get even more notifications:
3) the quest completed notification pops up for few seconds, 4) followed by the vehicle acquired notification for fewer seconds, 5) followed by a thank-you-for-buying message from the fixer that stays on the screen for several seconds, Z key active to open the message, 6) and then again the quest updated pop up comes in. About 30 sec.
I always wanted to disable it when I stared a new walkthrough and finally I got to the point :)
1) nothing on the screen, sms sound only, no any action on a key press, 2) nothing on the screen, silent, no any action on a key press,
3) nothing on the screen, silent, 4) this one stays - unlike the others it's on spot and it's a nice clear and quick notification, 5) nothing on the screen, sms sound only, no action on a key press, 6) nothing on the screen, silent.
Hello. I had a crash happening from using the camera control quickhack, so I bisected all of my mods and this was the problem. I tested both the CET and redscript versions and both crash. I was headed towards the cyberpsycho, and took control of the first camera in the garage.
Thank you. Have you tested it with all other CET and redscript mods disabled? Have you updated CET to v1.26.1 at least? Unfortunately I cannot access the file you uploaded - "This site can’t be reached" However, if you would be so kind, you could use some other free file sharing service. E.g. smash allows to create temporary and anonymous uploads - just type a fake e-mail in the e-mail address field. Or at least the name of the quest as there are at least two Cyberpsycho quests inside or close to a garage.

I might bisect again to find the incompatibility, but I'm a bit busy today. Sorry I hadn't tested with no other mods in the first place.
Thank you for the game save. I can confirm your observation that there is no crashes neither with the redscript, neither with the CET edition in these conditions. However, it may happene that combining my mod with some other mod may cause crashes. This is especially true with CET mods as the CET itself can cause such issues, so I would start from checking this type of mods combinations.
not the most intuitive name to look up when youre trying to find a mod that does this! but regardless, I am grateful you made this and that I can use it. endorsed!
Man, thank god. It was such a bad design choice to make high-profile fixers into used car salespeople. Just....all kinds of WTF? Since when have prominent local figures cared about someone taking a truck off their hands?
Actually it's thanks to you again - if you didn't come with your brilliant idea of bribing police in my other mod I would not get into the game messaging system so I would not find the way to block the annoying messages as a kind of a byproduct ;-) EDIT: so you got a credit for that too :)

Your mod brings a lot of IG comfort.
The fact that the active quest doesn't change with each call is a godsend
