I noted your recommendation to use the other mod in the description but I would strongly suggest and highly recommend that this mod be updated. I would think that some (or many) people simply don't want to use or install Cyber Engine Tweaks just to use the Freefly mod. I would count myself as one of that crowd.

If I may add, the long list of bugs reported for Cyber Engine Tweaks is possibly a reason why there are still people that prefer this mod over the others. This is simpler and if updated, is all that the users here need. Just noclip and that's it. Nothing more than that.

If anyone is complaining, just be happy you don't have to install a cheat menu to make this one work.

I am using 1.05 and the NoClip worked for a closed "Clouds" front-door.  I had to restart the game a few times and start the NoClip while it was running but it did work and I was able to noclip through the front-door and complete "Automatic Love"

    THANK You @hafiz22

    "Kinda" works...
It is very janky. Controls most of the time do whatever they want (left=forward, back=right, etc.).
You get unwillingly teleported all over the map, sometimes underground or even to an instant death.
Plus you don't really stay put in mid-air. You ever so slowly still fall to the ground and must keep pressing to go UP every now and then to maintain altitude.
It's a good start but it needs work.

Will this possibly allow me to NoClip the camera in Photo Mode? Can someone test that for me?

Thanks. Hopefully the Mod Creator sees this and can cook something up.

      Talking about something like this?

(edit: for anyone skeptical, the author creates camera tools for various other games that i've used in the past without issue, including the one for this game ... just be mindful it has to run an .exe and inject a .dll when the game is running and sometimes depending on your AV, it can flag a .dll as a false positive, but the author has been pretty trustworthy given their work)

Theres a working Free Camera Trainer for Cyberpunk. Tested it out and still works fine. Even with no Hud.
