Make sure to download and install the main file first and foremost , as is working for me for both male and female Vs , the other files do indeed fail to do anything
Hi did this file get snuck into any other mods of yours? I've never d/led this, but after installing some other clothing mods for male V discovered this exact holster strapped to his bare leg (was not in any clothing slot and remained even in the birthday suit minigame, AKA char creation. Weird, huh?
lol I am dead. I made a mod using the new one you uploaded. i managed to added it on my V and it did not crash or anything. Yet only the scabbard showed, not the machete lol. I will try it on different slot and it might work. I think i might upload all my V mods here as one single archive soon. wish me luck.
I did not test it, but when Island dancer was helping me with the mod, the mesh showed up just fine on female V, only the material were messed up (Nim weren't involved on that point).
So the face slots Should Work on fem V. It is really easy to replace the mesh and make it work on any other slot, so give it a shot and see if it works for fem V, if it does and if you want, i can make for other slots if you wish.}

hello again... honestly i do not know what went wrong exactly, but the modding tool treats the mesh file you uploaded like a broken file... it can't be viewed regardless if i uncook it from your mod archive or from the mesh you uploaded after i pack them into archive...
it also cannot be exported to other format with Noesis, it is just the same error because something was wrong with Noesis plaguin fmt_CP77mesh.py...
my cp77 tool is a bit outdated... i don't know how to use the new version because it is no longer an executable...
edit 1: i guess i should stop being so obsessed with viewing the file and focus on creating and testing a mod...
edit 2: oh well it does not work. i replaced it with the cuff mesh of the racing jacket, which has three slots/meshes to replace. it just invalidates the entire mod i made, along with other replaced meshes. perhaps I did something wrong, or this mesh just does not work on female V? i did put in the file folder when packing just as you noted btw
edit 3: i made plenty mods for myself and i noticed that sometimes the meshes just won't show up on certain slots, or only partially, like gun meshes but without the clip, device mesh but without cables and front displays... X_X i haven't found any specific patterns of this kinda errors
Oh, if you are trying to preview the file in noesis or even export it into fbx i don't think you will succeed, because you would need the buffers. and yeah.. uncooking it doesn't work, and i don't know why, i honestly have 0 idea how nim pulled this mod off in the first place, and she did in like 15 minutes.

Sometimes replacing something that has cuffs leads to meshes not showing up, at least i faced this problem when i tried with saul's revolver, i think it is because cuffs are something that only show on certain instances. when your shirt is suposed to be rolled up? In my experience it works better with decals or any other kind of mesh.
a popular option for outer torso are some vest, like the one i used.
Tough if you are interested in mesh swapping i strongly recommend you to play with "nim_entity_stuff_v2" that she kindly shared on the discord server. It allows for 15 meshes on each slot.
So.. i don't know what you are doing wrong friend. The mesh i uploaded in miscellaneous do'nt need uncooking or unbundling, as it is already ready to swap. Just put the "files" folder just after base, and then swap the mask_samurai for whatever you wish.
Also, should you wish the strap as well, it is in "base\characters\garment\gang_valentino\item\i1_092_belt__harness\i1_092_ma_belt__harness_left_legs.mesh"
Just in case, i uploaded a new version for the "machete jacket" file, see if it suits your needs.
hey... i couldn't find the "nim_entity_stuff_v2" file on discord modding server... somebody sent me a link but i couldn't access it probably because it is from a different server/channel? it sounds amazing... 15 meshes per slot, that is crazy
