This mod changes Jackie's hair for me, not V's. I've checked my mod file and can't find any other mod that changes hair colors. Does any one know what the issue could be?
thanks so much for this + the joytoy makeup mod! i was wondering if it was at all possible to get a harley quinn pink/blue tips style look if you ever feel like it?
Omg you're so welcome! It would take some doing... i've seen one mod that split a hair style in two parts, giving you a split dye... but I don't know how that'd work with creating a custom color *for* that in particular. BUT--i happen to love harley as well, so i'll look into it for you! <3

I put your mod in the steam/mod folder as per your instructions.
I am not sure what else is needed to do.

Could you also do a DARK dip-dye?
I can now give my male and female V's the hair colors I always imagined them with ^-^
