Take a fast and fun
What the mod does/changes:
Removes a section of window/wall near to Coach Fred
Adds in a full length garbage chute to slide down, as well as supports for the chute
Adds a garbage pile/collection at the end, for V to land on
Adds a ladder down to street level, from the garbage pile (though it should be possible to drop down without lethal damage too)
Adds a looping quest/scene for repeated rides/exits
Requirements:
ArchiveXL
Phantom Liberty is NOT required, the mod does use a couple of PL files, but I included them in the mod for base game only players

Installation?
Unzip the main zip into "Cyberpunk 2077" folder so that the Weeee.archive, and Weeee.archive.xl files end up in the "Cyberpunk 2077\archive\pc\mod" folder
Uninstall?
Not really recommended as it can make it hard to reinstall, due to the Axl patching... but:
Simply delete the Weeee.archive and Weeee.archive.xl files from the "Cyberpunk 2077\archive\pc\mod" folder.
How to "use" the mod?
Simply approach the top of the chute, near to Coach Fred, and use the interaction!
ArchiveXL patches in the logic on first load/boot, and handles all the world changes too.
Issues/limitations:
The collision on/around the garbage pile is made of volumes, not collision meshes, so it's not perfect collision when walking/climbing on the garbage
Using the chute as your exit to meet Jackie after The Rescue doesn't seem to break anything, but the scene works better/smoother if you leave by the normal route just to go and speak to him for the first time (before getting your car back and seeing Vik etc)
