Decades ago when Mike Pondsmith initially released Cyberpunk 2013 and continued forward with the Cyberpunk tabletops, he gave Johnny blond hair and blue eyes, saying he was basically 98% David Bowie. This mod brings that back.
Install by putting the .archive file in the mod folder or by using Vortex.
This mod will continue to be worked on since I plan to try to match the old pictures of Johnny more closely, namely the hairstyle, but for now it's just color changes.
