Changes the name of the rarities as described below:
Tier 1 ---> Common
Tier 2 ---> Uncommon
Tier 3 ---> Rare
Tier 4 ---> Epic
Tier 5 ---> Legendary
Item components are named [RARITY] Item Components.
Quickhack components are named [RARITY] Quickhack Components.
