About this mod
Added a fully auto Ticon that can set enemies on fire. Much better than Reed's. Multi-language support.

DPS: reduce to 0.9 (trust me, this gun is already too powerful)
Less recoil when aiming, about 0.8
Charge Time: 0.75→0.3
Magazine size: 21→42
Armor Penetration: 50%→75%
50% burn chance
Buy it from Wilson, I suggest you buy it early. tier 1 is cheaper than tier 5 (almost 100000)

I ran into some problem with the red and white model, it named Neon in game "code", and it not the only model. Another ugly yellow model share "Neon" together, which means get yellow or red model is random. I try to fix that but I'm a noob, if some hero can fix this, be my guest!
If you want red and white one:
just save the game before entering the CET code to get weapon. And equip it to check if the model is red and white one. If not reload and do it again.
