Mod is simply the base mechanics of driving adjusted for easier control within the game.
Installation - Extract the contents of the .zip in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Cyberpunk 2077\r6\config - For other platforms, the path should differ, but I believe the "\Cyberpunk 2077\r6\config" path should stay the same. Just extract the file there.
