This is my very first mod of any thing ever so bare with me as I learn this process.
This is just some additional subtractions to the Wellsprings Garage Remastered mod by MucLaren. This mod is more or less useless without it unless you want to place your own gates. I de-cluttered the shelves and office/stash area from the interior and removed a lot of the obstacles in the yard making even more parking space.
I may make more versions in the future after I learn more about world editing
Install: copy the archive folder directly into your CP2077 root folder
Comapability: currently not compatible with newmanix's Wellsprings Clubhouse
