IBM Plex Sans is the corporate typeface for IBM, part of the larger Plex family which includes mono-spaced and serif versions. It takes on a more grotesque appearance (unlike Helvetica), balancing natural type with more machine-like qualities to create a typeface that dances between the physical and the digital world. I'm not making this up on the spot, they actually said this in the official website.
Thematically and visually, it is a perfect fit for Cyberpunk 2077 as it's not only very technical looking but also quite legible and serves as a nice alternative to Rajdhani that doesn't break the original look. This typeface also supports almost all languages that 2077 includes, which is Arabic, Cyrillic, Korean & Japanese with the exception of Thai as Plex does not come with italic's for some reason.
