Modded game launchers occasionally run into the issue of not getting the product tie in items even with linked CDPR accounts. This mod circumvents that issue by letting you give yourself all the items for free.
All it does is run a couple of commands in the CET console. You can install and uninstall this mod at any point in time in a playthrough.
To get your items click on the button added to Native Settings UI's "Mods" category in the pause menu.
