The Dark Matter Club has RE-OPENED with a Vibrant Redesign to illuminate Night City residents to come party for a bit! The Street Level has been fitted with lights, NPCs and Vending machines to catch your attention when driving by! The Main Club is now FULL of NPCs. The Top Floor is now also FULL with NPCs, Decorations and even an AV Landing Pad!

YOU HAVE TO COMPLETE THE ACT 2 MISSION "OFF THE LEASH" WITH KERRY TO GAIN LEGITIMATE ACCESSS TO THE CLUB VIA ELEVATOR
I TESTED THIS MOD DURING THE "OFF THE LEASH" MISSION WITH KERRY AND IT WORKS GREAT AND MAKES THE MISSION FEEL MUCH MORE ALIVE! ( Kerry does mention how "he got the club shutdown just for you" ) lol now its a LIE!
