It can be used with the newest version (V2.21) and requires REDmod
This mod is including Phantom Liberty!!!
Most of the voice lines worked well, but with some glitch though
Only if you change your audio language to English can be worked
But this mod doesn't include grunts and moans for now, those files are too complicated to find :(
And some words' pronunciation is not good sometimes
