About this mod
No more square torso and diaper butt - a proper narrow waist and prominent backside + vanilla and some mod refits for Male V
- Permissions and credits
For some reason, CDPR discounted the aesthetics of Male V, and the modding community very much keeps up this direction. For the lack of mods that don't make Vincent a muscle hunk, this just had to be created as a counterpart. Opposing his vanilla skinny fat shape, this mod improves his posture (making upper back less rounded), decreases mass on his lower back, considerably stitches down his waist and gives him actually muscular prominent ass.
The mod includes refits of nearly all vanilla clothing, excluding those that are meant to be baggy - about 85-90% are refitted as a result. The criteria was quite simple - those garments that are fitted around the waist for Female V but not for Male V for some reason, are now fitted for his (slim) waist as well. There is also several refits based on mods that I personally use - namely Long coat by SergCS (black one), Sleeveless armed Turtleneck (page now lost), and my own Sleeveless bodysuit.
Note this mod is NOT meant to turn V into a twink - his muscle mass stays the same - it's just his butt and waist are much more prominent (and not ugly when compared to Female V).
I also understand that this mod is probably as niche as it can get, but as I made it mostly for myself, I am likely to update it quite often to make it better, so mind checking the updates.
Refits for modded clothes or/and cyberwear will be made based on the number of requests! Refitting is a mind-bogglingly hard task that may consume extreme amounts of time, so I can't help but filter what should be done first and what should be done some time after.
You are free to use this mod to base other mods on! (but please credit)
INSTALLATION:
Download the main file and drop it to Cyberpunk 2077\archive\pc\mod. Make sure it is above any other mod that might change shapes of V's body or vanilla clothing. Modded refits are ALWAYS supposed to be above the main file for the overrides to apply - but it is maintained trough file names anyway.
WARNING: Due to the way the RedEngine aligns outer and inner mesh skins (and probably to proportions of Male V skeleton), and due to the clipping it results in, for aesthetic purposes IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to use No [Insert body part] for you and it's dependencies to hide lower abdomen and thighs while wearing pants to avoid occasional clippings in photomode. It is not necessary if you aren't bothered by this, but it will probably take a while before I'll manage to re-model all the pants to stay slim and avoid clipping in the same time (which for reasons mentioned above is a virtually impossible task). If you use the linked mod, add and equip the next two items trough the console:
Game.AddToInventory("Items.invisithighs", 1)
Game.AddToInventory("Items.invisilowerabdomen", 1)
KNOWN ISSUES:
- As Blender and RedEngine handle increased mesh sizing better than decreased, and though I tried to eradicate it as much as possible, SOME CLIPPING MAY OCCUR in certain poses in the photomode, probably only with pants. If you notice severe clipping, please report and provide screenshots.
- Penis models are unchaged, so, again, in certain poses there might appear a "gap" between the groin mesh and V's stomach. It is virtually unnoticeable, but probably will be fixed later.
- ANY MODDED SHOES have around 50% chance of clipping, as his feet somehow slightly changed position after editing. As in issue #1, please report.
And please, please, just make more Male V mods - as the most underrated character in the game, he deserves at least that much
