this is (sort of) a fully functional flashlight, it does illuminate your surroundings! with limitations though, read the description! you can equip it in the wardrobe like any other piece of clothing!

Author notes
if you want to mess with my mods, i'd encourage you to do so! feel free to make any changes you see fit! this includes refits and recolours! you're even allowed to release your version as a standalone mod, share them wherever and with whomever you want AND earn Donation Points and regular donations on them! a good starting point for recolours is the following wiki:
if you do change my mods, don't use my .mlsetups nor textures in your projects. if you want to release your changes as your own mod, replace "yv" and "yellingintothevoid" in all files.

Changelogs
Version 1.1
light beam now works with rasterised graphics (changed iesProfile to that of car headlights)
increased size of the light cone
lightbeam now has a falloff and gets darker with increasing distance (attenuation set to LA_InverseSquare)
this is a modified port of an in-game item. the beam of the flashlight follows where V is looking correctly when holding a weapon. when the weapon is holstered, the flashlight only goes left to right, not up and down and moves off to the side when crouching. it also bobs side to side when walking and moves into the screen corner when walking side to side. there is no way to turn off the light beam, except by unequipping the headlamp.
apart from this, it is fully functional and quite fun to use during normal gameplay.
installation: install via Vortex or unpack the .zip files and copy its contents to the root folder of your Cyberpunk 2077 installation. this should add the .archive and the .xl files to .\archive\pc\mod and the .yaml files to .\r6\tweaks.
mesh paths for Appearance Creator Mod (appearance names in CET code or .yaml): base\yv\meshes\h1_headlamp.mesh when used with AMM, the headlamp won't have a light beam.
CET code: Game.AddToInventory("Items.yv_headlamp_default")
