About this mod
Lets you control the stats when upgrading cyberware. Supports fixed or minimum value scaling by setting a scaling factor from 0% to 100%. Fixed scaling has no randomness while Minimum scaling will set the minimum value to the factor you provide before rolling. E.g., Fixed 100% is always 100% max stats. Minimum 50% will use a 50% - 100% range.

Each cyberware stat has a min and max value, the game picks a number between these when upgrading cyberware. Health for example has a min of +1 and a max of +5. The game will roll a random number between 1 & 5 and assign it as an option to your cyberware upgrade.
This mod lets you specify a Scaling Factor that controls how much a stat is scaled and a Scaling Type that controls which of 2 new ways of rolling stats is used.
- Fixed Scaling. Here, the min and max are set to the value specified by the Scaling Factor. If you set scaling factor to 50% then using Health (min 1, max 5) as an example the mod will pick the midpoint (= 3) as the value. Your cyberware upgrade will have a +3 Health option. If you set scaling to 100%, your cyberware will always have the max option of +5 Health.
- Range with Scaled Minimum. Here, the game will still roll as it used to between a min and max value but the min value is now scaled by the scaling factor. In the Health example with a factor of 50%, the min will be raised to 3 from 1. So the game will roll a number between 3 & 5 instead of 1 & 5. This setting is useful if you think you would like some randomness, but don't want some of the lowest values to be rolled.
