Beside those mods I would recommend to use any mod which allows you to hide hair or whole body such as Invisible V or Appearance Creator Mod

P.S Does not really need refitting as long as chest submesh is hidden, some refits to match possible body shapes have been done tho. Don't ask for more refits, report if see issues with current.
