Removal of trash, dirt, decals and clutter from the open space next to the Corpo Plaza Apartment door, for a much cleaner and corpo-esque look!

Having to walk through heaps of garbage every time you walk outside the lobby of your very costly apartment? The smell, the roaches, and the graffities of Maelstrom, Animals and Moxes making your investment lose its capital value? Do you have no place nearby to park and have to walk 3 blocks to find a place to drop your vehicle in?
Well worry no more! The Corpo Plaza building administration in collaboration with Night-Corp has begun a Urban Regeneration program, aiming to provide clean and sanitary environments for the residents of the Corporate Plaza. The program will consist of:
And no need for you to worry! All this garbage and litter will be dumped so far away, you won't have to see such unpleasant occurrences again!

The mod includes an optional file to remove the concrete benches. This file also removes the collisions, proxy meshes and AI crowd targets. Tested without any bug but still consider it as experimental.
The mod Improved Vehicle Persistence isn't required, but recommended for the cars parked inside the garage not to despawn.

Install the Zip File with Mod Organizer 2 / Vortex and activate, or unzip manually and drop in the base game folder.
To uninstall just remove this mod's .xl and archive files from your directory.
