According to the YouTube video provided below, Cyberpunk 2077 has a good implementation of HDR overall, but still suffers from washed out image and raised blacks.
I thought I'd share the Reshade Preset that works for my OLED (ASUS ROG Swift PG27AQDM). I also added a slight bloom to make the lights and neon signs pop just a bit more.
Installation:
1. Download Reshade and install it in your Cyberpunk folder
2. Download Lilium and prod80 effects (see video above if you're stuck)
3. Pop the provided file in the directory where your Cyberpunk executable is e.g. "SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Cyberpunk 2077\bin\x64"
4. Run Cyberpunk, pull up the Reshade Control Panel and choose the file "Black Floor fix for OLED" you copied in the previous step
Ideally you already did the HDR calibration in Windows and can now enjoy a better image. It will tend to be darker unfortunately, but it IS more realistic and all the colors and lights pop much more. I would suggest getting the Night Vision mod as a supplement.
