It changes the equipped Monowire to Blackwall colors. This is limited to a purely visual effect and does not actually upload the Blackwall. Other mods can handle that part.
*You must use a prerequisite mod. The archive contains all files for both left and right arms, as well as for both genders. Simply drag and drop them in. You can safely assume that the files are the same as those in the Monowire library folder.
