Two choices are available, "Normal" with a human jaw and the second "Monster" has more teeth.
INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS :
!!! I higtly recommend to manually install my mod !!!
1) Download Vanilla HD - Head or Gymfiend Male V (VTK files) and install it using the directions on its site.
OR
1) Download -KS- UV Texture Framework (KS_UV files) and install it using the directions on its site.
2) Download The Fiend and drop the .archive in your mod folder
UNINSTALL INSTRUCTIONS :
1) Simply delete the .archive
