Changes face tattoo 11 to have only the scissors and dotted line design across the neck.

First mod I made myself that wasn't for lascivious swapping reasons, which means I can post it here.
Wanted the scissors and dotted line design across the neck from face tattoo 11 by itself, but I couldn't find it anywhere. So, using Night City Tattoos, I made my own.
The template already has the OG game tats in it as layers, so I basically just erased everything else from the design in Photoshop, and then followed the guide to make it a mod.
Drop the file into Cyberpunk 2077\archive\pc\mod.
Works with both masc and fem V.
